Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day business operations across production, estimating, and administrative functions.

• Develop and implement streamlined operational processes and SOPs.

• Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with team leads to enhance planning, scheduling, and resource utilisation.

• Forecast upcoming resource needs based on pipeline and current workloads.

• Identify opportunities to enhance production scheduling and reduce waste.

• Support the team and help us deliver an unbeatable customer experience.

• Mentor apprentices and help improve team process.

• Work safely, efficiently, and with pride in workmanship.

About You

You are looking to step out of installing and into managing, are a proactive, organised, and commercially aware professional who takes pride in delivering quality outcomes. You bring both technical capability and strong interpersonal skills to the team.

You will ideally have:

• QLD-recognised Electrical License.

• CEC accreditation (or willingness to obtain).

• Solar and Battery Ticket (or willingness to obtain — we’ll support training

• A great attitude and passion for solar and renewables.
