Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing solar company, delivering residential and commercial solar, battery storage and EV charging installations across the Sunshine Coast and surrounding regions.
They’ve built a strong reputation for quality installations, great customer service, and looking after their team. With a full pipeline of work and continued growth, they are now looking for an Operations Manager to take control of the day to day.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day business operations across production, estimating, and administrative functions.
Develop and implement streamlined operational processes and SOPs.
Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with team leads to enhance planning, scheduling, and resource utilisation.
Forecast upcoming resource needs based on pipeline and current workloads.
Identify opportunities to enhance production scheduling and reduce waste.
Support the team and help us deliver an unbeatable customer experience.
Mentor apprentices and help improve team process.
Work safely, efficiently, and with pride in workmanship.
About You
You are looking to step out of installing and into managing, are a proactive, organised, and commercially aware professional who takes pride in delivering quality outcomes. You bring both technical capability and strong interpersonal skills to the team.
You will ideally have:
QLD-recognised Electrical License.
CEC accreditation (or willingness to obtain).
Solar and Battery Ticket (or willingness to obtain — we’ll support training
A great attitude and passion for solar and renewables.
