LS WRAPS is looking for an experienced production leader who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

This isn’t a management position where you spend your day behind a desk. We’re looking for someone who leads from the workshop floor, sets the pace, keeps production moving and builds a culture that people want to be part of.

You’ll be responsible for leading our production team while remaining hands-on every day. You’ll be wrapping vehicles, overseeing signage production, running the workshop, solving problems and ensuring our customers receive exceptional workmanship delivered on time.

About the Role

As our General Manager – Production & Operations, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of our production department.

This role is equal parts leader, installer and problem solver.

You’ll oversee production schedules, coordinate jobs between departments, manage workshop performance and ensure the team consistently delivers work to our quality, speed and customer service standards.

Most importantly, you’ll create a culture of urgency, accountability and ownership.

What You’ll Be Doing

Every day you’ll be:

Running daily morning production meetings

Setting priorities and production targets

Actively wrapping vehicles alongside the team

Leading by example through your work ethic and attitude

Managing vehicle wrap production and signage manufacturing

Ensuring jobs remain on schedule

Coordinating labour and workshop resources

Working closely with our sales, design and administration teams

Providing regular production updates to directors

Maintaining quality standards across every project

Training and mentoring installers

Identifying production bottlenecks and implementing solutions

Creating a culture of urgency, accountability and ownership throughout the workshop

About You

We’re looking for someone who naturally takes charge.

You’ll ideally have:

Extensive experience installing vehicle wraps

Experience within the signage industry

Previous leadership, supervisor or management experience

Strong workshop organisation and planning skills

Excellent communication skills

The ability to motivate and develop a team

A high level of accountability

The confidence to make decisions and solve problems quickly

You don’t wait to be told what needs doing—you see it, own it and get it done.
