Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Restoration Technician to join our Sydney team.

About the Role

As a Restoration Technician, you will attend residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, storm, mould, and accidental damage events. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, solving problems, and helping people through challenging situations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Emergency make-safe works

  • Water extraction and flood restoration

  • Installation and monitoring of drying equipment

  • Mould remediation and containment setup

  • Strip-outs and demolition of damaged building materials

  • Detailed moisture mapping and documentation

  • Thermal imaging inspections

  • Contents handling and cleaning

  • Completing job reports, photos, and site documentation

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients during stressful situations

  • Participating in an after-hours on-call roster

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess (not limited to):

  • IICRC qualifications (WRT, AMRT, FSRT)

  • Experience in restoration, building, construction, demolition, or insurance repairs

  • Experience operating drying equipment

  • Current Driver's Licence

  • White Card

  • Working with Children Check

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude

  • Good level of physical fitness and capable of manual labour

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and within a team

  • Reliable, punctual, and professionally presented

  • Ability to pass a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
