Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium customer experience as the first point of contact for dealership guests.

• Manage reception, appointments, customer enquiries, and CRM administration.

• Coordinate vehicle inventory, stock movements, compliance documentation, and reporting.

• Support vehicle delivery preparation and customer handovers.

• Assist with dealership marketing campaigns, events, digital content, and customer communications.

• Maintain accurate records across DMS, CRM, and OEM systems.

• Support dealership compliance, reporting, and operational processes.

• Work collaboratively with Sales, Service, Finance, and Management teams.
