THE ROLE

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and Assistant Used Car Manager to join our dynamic team at Homebush Ford.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the Used Car Manager and lead the team in their absence

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Provide outstanding service and ethical sales solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

• Manage and respond to all sales enquiries promptly and professionally.

• Utilise customer management tools and systems effectively to maintain accurate records.

• Liaise and negotiate internally and externally to support business development and lasting partnerships.

ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience in used car sales.

• Professional presentation and excellent communication skills.

• Strong work ethic and time management abilities.

• Positive attitude and exceptional relationship-building skills.

• Confident, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results.

• Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Current NSW Driver’s Licence.

• Flexibility to work weekends.
