The Role

At Airmaster, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch HVAC & Fire solutions to our clients.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and reliable Dry Fire Supervisor to join our NSW Fire team, based in Auburn.

This is a hands-on role and will play a pivotal role in leading a team of Tradespeople, Technicians and Apprentices in delivering high-quality Fire Services, ensuring that all maintenance and remedial works are carried out in accordance with relevant standards and legislation.

Your day-to-day will include maintaining, inspecting, troubleshooting, rectifying, installing and/or modifying new and existing Fire Alarms, Emergency Warning Systems and other Fire Systems as required.

Key Competencies

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Relevant Trade Qualification (e.g. Electrician, FPA Cabling License)

  • Previous experience in supervising or leading teams (desirable)

  • Experience with Fire Electrical maintenance, repairs, installations, fault-finding and programming

  • Ability to read wiring diagrams

  • Ability to lead a team of field staff

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Experience with Word processing and spreadsheet applications

  • Strong leadership skills, with well-developed interpersonal skills
