About The Role

As our Founding Lead Plumber, you'll be much more than a tradesperson.

You'll become a key member of the business and help establish the standards, systems, and culture that future team members will follow.

Responsibilities include:

• Residential plumbing installations

• Renovations and extensions

• Custom home projects

• Rough-ins and fit-offs

• Drainage and stormwater works

• Material planning and site preparation

• Quality control and workmanship oversight

• Builder communication and coordination

• Identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes

• Representing Lindsay Plumbing professionally on every site

Essential Requirements

• QBCC Plumbing License (or equivalent qualifications Current Driver's License)

• QBCC Open License specifically required for this position

• Residential construction experience

• Minimum 3-5 years residential construction plumbing experience required

• Strong understanding of Australian plumbing standards

• Ability to work independently

• Professional presentation and communication skills
