About the Role:
As our Project Manager / Production Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our projects - from design to installation. You'll work closely with clients, the sales team, trades and factory staff to ensure projects run smoothly, on time and to MKN's high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct onsite meetings in customers' homes to guide them through the installation process.
Accurately gather site measurements and assess potential challenges - proposing effective solutions.
Work with our drafting team to review and oversee project drawings before production.
Schedule and coordinate the production and installation of client projects.
Organise trades and services in a timely and efficient manner.
Liaise with our sales team to bring their concepts to life.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries.
Create and manage purchase orders.
Work with suppliers to confirm pricing and availability.
Manage post-installation customer service and follow-ups.
Oversee stock levels in accordance with our stock management procedures.
Ensure each project aligns with company policies and procedures.
Manage multiple projects concurrently while minimising disruption for our clients.
Build strong, trusting relationships with customers throughout the process.
Skills and Experience:
Excellent people and communication skills - you know how to build rapport with staff, clients and trades.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved.
Professional in appearance and approach.
Experience in cabinetry or kitchen manufacturing essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
