Field Officer - Inspector (Assistant Property Manager)

You’ll work closely with our Property Managers to support landlords and tenants, delivering a seamless experience and high-quality, detailed reporting. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who enjoys independence, variety, and being part of a supportive, high-performing team.

What you'll be doing -

• Carrying out property inspections using the latest 360 camera technology and AI-powered reporting tools

• Preparing clear, detailed inspection reports with the support of modern systems

• Coordinating and following up on maintenance to ensure timely outcomes

• Supporting the Property Management team with day-to-day operations

• Building positive relationships with all stakeholders

• Collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional service and results

• Assisting with general property management duties as required

What we're looking for -

• A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Excellent organisational, self-management and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise

• A team player who can also work confidently independently

• A tech-savvy individual who embraces modern systems and tools

• Basic understanding of property maintenance (desirable but not essential)

• Certificate of Registration in Property (or willingness to obtain)

• Current Queensland driver’s licence

Employment details -

• Flexible or full-time opportunity

• Circa $25 – $30 per hour, dependent on experience

• Plus superannuation (12%)

• All entitlements as per award

• Registration renewal paid, with additional benefits based on tenure

Qualifications

• Current QLD Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)

• Property management experience (advantageous but not essential)

• Current Queensland driver’s licence
