We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Patcher/Plasterer to join our team. This role involves patching, setting, and finishing plaster surfaces to a high standard, ensuring all work is paint-ready and meets client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patch and repair walls and ceilings, including holes, cracks, and surface damage

  • Apply plaster, set joints, and sand surfaces to a smooth finish

  • Prepare surfaces for painting and final finishes

  • Match existing textures and finishes where required

  • Work on residential and commercial sites, including renovations and maintenance jobs

  • Maintain clean and tidy work areas

  • Work efficiently to meet project deadlines

  • Follow all workplace health and safety requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a plasterer or patcher

  • Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Own tools and equipment (preferred)

  • White Card (Construction Induction Card) – required

  • Valid driver’s licence (preferred)

  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
