The Straightening Salon Brisbane is looking for a Senior Stylist who takes real pride in their work, shows up consistently, and wants to grow inside a structured, high-performing salon environment.

This isn't a "just fill a chair" kind of role. We specialise in premium straightening services, where results matter, consistency matters, and client experience is everything.

You'll be joining a team that values standards, support, and doing things properly.

What your role looks like

• Deliver high-quality straightening services with consistent, polished results

• Run strong, confident consultations that make clients feel understood and looked after

• Provide clear aftercare so clients leave confident and supported

• Build genuine client relationships that lead to loyalty and rebooking

• Contribute to salon flow through rebooking, retail awareness, and service standards

• Work closely within a team that's structured, supportive, and growth-focused

What we're looking for

• Qualified Hairdresser (Cert III or higher)

• Confident with clients and strong in consultation

• Efficient, steady, and detail-focused in your work

• Pride in your results

• Reliable, grounded, and accountable

• Someone who works well in a team and values consistency

• Availability for 7:00am starts, one late night per week, and two Saturday's a month.
