Available Roles:

• Dozer Operator (D6)

• Excavator Operator (20/30 Tonne)

• Tipper Truck Driver

Key Responsibilities:

Dozer Operator:

• Operate D6 dozer safely and efficiently on our development site

• Perform site clearing, leveling, and ground prep

• Liaise with the Project Manager and assist other teams as required

• Ensure regular maintenance and basic checks of equipment

Excavator Operator (20/30 Tonne):

• Operate 20–30 tonne excavators for trenching, earthworks, and detailed excavation

• Assist with site preparation and bulk material movement

• Work closely with the Lead Handyman and Project Manager

• Conduct daily checks and maintain equipment condition

Tipper Truck Driver:

• Operate tipper trucks safely and efficiently to transport materials around site

• Perform pre-start checks and basic vehicle maintenance

• Follow site safety procedures and traffic management plans

• Assist site crews when required and maintain communication with supervisors

Requirements (All Applicants):

• Proven experience in similar roles

• Relevant machinery tickets or driver’s licence

• White Card (Construction Induction)

• High safety awareness and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members and contractors
  
  Optional but Beneficial:

  • HR Driver's Licence (for machine transport)

  • First Aid Certificate

  • Experience with GPS or laser guidance systems
