Landscaper - Landscape Construction

MO&CO Landscapes is a dynamic, fast-paced landscape construction and maintenance company in South-East Queensland. The Role

As a Skilled Landscaper, you will be the person on the ground making things happen. You will work alongside a small, tight-knit crew to deliver projects from start to finish, reporting directly to the company director. Your days will involve:

•       Interpreting 2D landscape concept plans and translating them into quality builds on site

•       Delivering structural & soft landscape works: large plant-outs, decking, fencing, paving

•       Assiting the Landscape Foreman to execute day-to-day tasks

•       Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work site at all times

What You Bring

•       3+ years of hands-on landscape construction experience (structural and softscape)

•       Strong knowledge of softscape & hardscape construction: retaining walls, decking, fencing, paving, planting, turfing

•       Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and specifications

•       Current Australian Driver’s Licence (MR or above is a bonus)

•       White Card (Construction Induction)

•       A genuine pride in quality workmanship and finishing details

•       Someone who communicates well — with their crew, with clients, and with management

Bonus (not essential):

• Trade qualification in landscaping, carpentry, or horticulture. Cert III or IV in Landscape Construction.

• Ticket for skid steer, excavator, or other plant.
