Working across all stages of construction — from early works through to finishing
Building real capability in framing, fix-out, and all aspects of building and carpentry
Taking on general building tasks to understand how the full job comes together
Supporting Leading Hands while earning more responsibility over time
Contributing to a site that runs clean, organised, and efficiently

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

Carpentry qualification
Solid exposure to residential construction
A strong work ethic — not just words
Willingness to listen, learn, and back it up with action
The mindset to take ownership of your development
Suitable vehicle and tools for broad range of carpentry and building tasks. You must have a reasonable amount of quality power/battery and hand tools for this role.
