About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, trade qualified carpenters and/or glaziers to join our specialized team. 

Also happy to consider non trade qualified if you're able to demonstrate suitable practical experience in the trim fit installation of Aluminium windows and doors.  

This is a position that requires demonstration of past experience in window and door replacement work, particularly residential product and experience in retail customer work is favourable. This won’t suit people after sub head sub sill commercial work. 

You will be working in the field, mainly with residential customers to complete window & door replacement projects to a high standard. 

You will sometimes be required to work alone, but most tasks will see you work with a team to deliver quality projects to our customers. 

Key tasks include the safe removal of, and sound installation of a wide range of Aluminium window and door products. 

Window and door replacements are our core business, and previous experience will be looked on favourably.

We’re looking for people who take pride in their work and are clean, efficient able to work safely, be well organised in their execution of tasks and excellent communicators.

Skills and experience

You'll need to be:

• Prompt and professional.

• Highly customer service orientated and an excellent communicator

• Having sound problem solving abilities with a broad general construction knowledge.

• Have previous window related, site based trade experience / carpentry background. 

• Have a keen eye for detail, and be able to maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to OHS responsibilities. 

• A current WA drivers license. 

• Experience with measure, mark and set out. 

• Be able to demonstrate past experience and work unsupervised. 

• Be able to maintain records and communicate outcomes via ipad and our field service management software back to office. 

• WA drivers license with driving history on request, construction blue / white card, are essential.
