We are currently seeking experienced Pipe Welders for workshop-based work in the Logan region. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with competitive rates and immediate starts available.

Key Responsibilities

• FCAW (Flux Core) welding of carbon steel pipe
• Fabrication and welding of pipe spools from 1" to 30"
• Reading and interpreting isometric and workshop drawings
• Maintaining weld quality to project and inspection requirements
• Working safely and efficiently within a fabrication workshop environment
• Collaborating with pipe fitters, boilermakers and workshop supervisors

Skills & Experience

• Trade qualification in Engineering Fabrication or similar
• Proven experience welding carbon steel pipe
• Strong FCAW (Flux Core) welding skills
• Experience working from fabrication drawings and weld procedures
• Ability to consistently produce high-quality welds
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
• Experience with heavy industrial, water, infrastructure or process piping projects
