About the role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this full-time Admin Manager Role will be responsible for providing a high-quality and efficient accounts team that supports the operational needs of Village Motors Group. Based at North Lakes, this position plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth day to day running of the dealership group.
What you'll be doing
Manage a small team day to day
Assist with end of month processing and reporting
Manufacturer Monthly Reporting
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
Maintain strong vendor relationships and address any supplier queries or concerns
Maintain a clean balance sheet through AR & AP
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience in an administration manager role in automotive
Attention to detail and ability to ensure high levels of accuracy within your team
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated proficiency in using accounting software, spreadsheets and other office applications
A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
