Join a respected and well-established business operating in the heavy equipment sector, supporting the Quarry, Mining, Recycling and Dry Bulk Handling industries. We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to take ownership of workshop coordination, customer communication and service administration in a fast-paced operational environment.

·         Coordinate workshop schedules, labour allocation and service activity

·         Manage service cases from initiation through to completion

·         Liaise with customers regarding breakdowns, repairs and service updates

·         Work closely with parts and workshop teams to minimise downtime

·         Support invoicing, job costing, warranty processing and service administration

To be successful, you will bring: proven experience in a similar service coordination role within heavy equipment or related industries, strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to communicate confidently at senior levels, and the presence to command respect in workshop environments through your previous experience.
