Fuso Port Melbourne is seeking an organised and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join our team.
In this role, you will help keep the workshop running smoothly by coordinating service bookings, tracking job progress, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with technicians and internal teams. You’ll play a key role in ensuring schedules stay on track and information flows efficiently across the department.
This position is well suited to someone who enjoys administration, coordination, and working in a fast-paced, behind-the-scenes environment. While there is some customer interaction, the main focus is on organisation, communication with internal stakeholders, and supporting day-to-day service operations.
This is a full-time, permanent role (Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm), offering stability and the opportunity to build a career with a trusted leader in the transport industry.
What You'll Be Doing - Manage service bookings, job scheduling, and general administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
- Work closely with technicians, workshop staff, and internal teams to coordinate repairs and service schedules
- Maintain up-to-date job records and ensure all service activities are correctly logged in internal systems
- Prepare and process service documentation, including job cards, quotations, invoices, and related paperwork (full training provided)
- Manage competing priorities to ensure all jobs are tracked, progressed, and completed in a timely manner
- Support clear communication between internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and accurate job information

About You - Strong administration and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills, with confidence working across internal teams
- Ideally experience in a service or workshop environment coordinating between different departments or stakeholders
- Confident using computer systems and maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Able to work independently while contributing positively within a team environment
