Our client — a rapidly growing mining services company with a strong focus on people, culture and safety — is seeking experienced Dump Truck Operators for ongoing production roles and new project start-ups across the Goldfields and Midwest regions.

This is a chance to secure long-term FIFO work on a modern fleet in a fast-paced open-pit production environment.

The Opportunity

• 2&1 FIFO roster from Perth
• 12–12.5 hour day and night shifts
• $55 per hour flat rate (with full entitlements on permanent transition)
• Temp-to-perm opportunities available
• Immediate starts and into June, July and August
• Ongoing production work across established and new sites
• Modern fleet and well-run operations

The Work
You’ll be operating in a high-volume open pit mining environment, responsible for:

• Safe and efficient haul truck operation
• Meeting production targets and shift requirements
• Following strict site safety procedures
• Working as part of a production-focused mining crew
• Fleet Experience (Highly Regarded)
• Kom 1500 series dump trucks
• CAT 777 haul trucks
• Kom 785 haul trucks

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 12-months+ haul truck experience in open pit production mining
• Experience working under large Excavators
• Current WA Driver’s Licence
• Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Clean National Police Clearance (or ability to get one)
• Strong safety focus and ability to follow site procedures
• Reliable, consistent work ethic and good communication
• Suitably experienced visa holders are encouraged to apply
