We're hiring an HR Coordinator to our growing automotive business and help create an exceptional employee experience across multiple branches.
As our HR Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting day‑to‑day HR operations and ensuring smooth, compliant processes across the employee lifecycle. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem‑solving, and building strong relationships with teams at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and compliance documentation
Liaise with branches to validate timesheet data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission for payroll.
Assist with training coordination, inductions, and safety compliance
Prepare HR reports, letters, contracts, and policy updates
Provide first‑level HR support to managers and employees
Contribute to engagement initiatives, wellbeing programs, and culture-building activities
Oversee branch rosters to ensure compliance with award requirements while supporting productivity and operational needs
Support performance review cycles and probation processes

Candidates must have valid Australian work rights.
Experience in HR coordination, administration, or a similar role
Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience is required for this position
Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and compliance documentation
Experience with HRIS systems is preferred but not essential
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
A team player
Flexibility to visit branches
A valid driver's licence
A passion for delivering exceptional employee experience
