About the Role

DTMF Group is seeking an experienced and driven Cleaning Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple cleaning sites throughout the south eastern region. This is a fast-paced, field-based role where you'll be responsible for maintaining exceptional cleaning standards, keeping your teams equipped and well-trained, and ensuring every site is audit-ready every single day.

What You'll Be Doing

• Travelling between multiple sites daily to inspect and audit cleaning standards

• Conducting thorough site audits and completing detailed reports on behalf of DTMF Group

• Delivering and managing stock supplies across all sites, ensuring teams have what they need

• Training, onboarding, and upskilling cleaning staff to meet DTMF Group and client standards

• Identifying performance issues and implementing corrective action quickly

• Building positive relationships with site staff and clients

• Reporting to DTMF Group senior management on site performance, staff, and supply levels

• Ensuring compliance with WHS and hygiene requirements across all locations

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a cleaning supervisory or management role

• Can use the following equipment, steam cleaners, high pressure washer, window cleaner, use a rotary scrubber.

• Strong knowledge of cleaning practices, chemicals, and equipment

• Confident trainer — able to coach and develop staff at all levels

• Highly organised with the ability to manage stock, scheduling, and audits simultaneously

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Full, clean driver's licence (essential)

• Comfortable completing digital reports and audits on a mobile device
