As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Qualified Electrical Supervisor to lead our team of skilled Meter Technicians in the North Sydney region.
The Role:
As the Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of licensed electricians and ensuring the successful completion of metering installations. You will provide practical leadership, technical expertise, and ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of Meter Technicians
Ensure all metering installations meet compliance and safety standards
Provide on-the-job training, mentoring, and performance oversight
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant standards and procedures
Promote and enforce workplace health and safety policies
Requirements:
Qualified Electrician with metering experience
Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the metering field
Current Police Check and Working With Children Check
Strong knowledge of:
AS3000
Service Installation Rules (SIRs)
Electrical Safety Standards and Codes of Practice
Quality Systems and compliance procedures
A proactive and self-motivated attitude
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
