Fence Installer

Ascension Fencing is a growing fencing business with a strong focus on quality workmanship, professionalism, and building a reliable long-term team.

We are looking for an experienced fencing tradesperson who can hit the ground running, work independently, and help lead others on site. This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing the job properly, and wants to grow with a business that is heading somewhere.

About the role

You will be working across a range of residential fencing projects throughout the North Shore, Eastern Suburbs, and wider Sydney Metro area. Most jobs run from 1 to 5 days.

Your work will include:

• Timber boundary fencing

• Timber picket fencing

• Colorbond fencing

• Site set-up and safe work practices

• Working independently on jobs

• Supporting and leading team members on site

• Delivering a high standard of work and customer service

• Experience in aluminium fencing is highly regarded, but not essential. We are happy to teach modular walls and aluminium systems to the right person.

What we’re looking for

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 2 to 3+ years relevant fencing experience

• Solid experience in timber fencing, especially boundary and picket

• Experience installing Colorbond fencing

• Ability to work unsupervised and manage your day well

• Confidence to guide others and lead by example

• A reliable, honest and professional approach

• White Card, or willingness to obtain one

• Driver’s licence and own vehicle
