Horticulturalist- Apprentice

JGS Gardens is seeking a horticultural apprentice.

Australian citizenship is required for this position.

We are a growing landscape gardening company servicing Sydney and the central coast, specialising in all aspects of landscaping and horticulture. Covering a large area of Sydney means we service a very vast clientele including elite rural properties. Mature age encouraged to apply.

Qualifications & experience

• Drivers license

• Learner's permit is acceptable for the driver's licence requirement.

• Be able to lift 20kg

• Cert III in Horticulture or equivalent industry experience

• Ability to work outdoors

• WHS White Card

• ChemCert

• Topiary

Tasks & responsibilities

• Be able to work alone and also as a small team

• Work outdoors

• Take pride in work and attention to detail

• Professional in your personal conduct and presentation

• Possible overtime

• Working in landscape maintenance and also landscape construction

• Punctuality, good communication and time management will be highly regarded

• Comply with all safety requirements
