About the role
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking gardener that takes pride in their work and has meticulous attention to detail, organisation and time management skills. The selected applicant will fill a full time position in the inner South East to Bayside area. They will be mowing lawns, weeding, hedging, pruning and will need to complete a few small caretaking tasks at some of the buildings we manage. 

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Mowing lawns

• Weeding

• Hedging

• Pruning

• Mulching

• Fertilizing lawns and gardens

• Cobweb removal, internal and external

• Landscaping tasks

• Blowing driveways and footpaths

• Sweeping/blowing car parks

Qualifications & experience

• Must speak English

• Must be able to use gardening equipment (mower/ whipper snipper and hedger)

• A valid Australian driver's license

• Horticulture certificate highly favorable, but not essential 

• Attention to detail

• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with clients and colleagues

• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies

• Ability to multi-task, be flexible and work under time constraints

• Willing to undertake a pre-employment Police Check
