Grounds Crew Member

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Grounds Crew Member to join our growing team, servicing the North Brisbane region, covering various settings where no 2 days are the same.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining outdoor environments to a high standard, with a strong focus on vegetation management and weed control across a variety of commercial and public spaces. You’ll play an important part in ensuring landscapes remain safe, presentable, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Application of herbicides for effective weed management
Monitoring and assessing vegetation health and growth
Maintaining equipment and ensuring safe handling of materials
Working efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Adhering to all workplace health and safety requirements

Requirements:

Valid Driver’s Licence (essential)
White Card (Construction Induction Card)
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to adapt to different environments and settings
Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
