An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Dealer Principal or senior dealership leader to take the helm of a long-standing, high-performing caravan dealership in Perth.
This is a leadership role within a privately owned business that has built a strong reputation in the market, supported by established operations, solid demand, and a capable team across sales and service functions.
About the Role
You will be responsible for leading a team of 18 staff across two sites (sales and service), driving commercial performance while maintaining a strong, customer-focused culture.
This is a hands-on leadership position requiring oversight of all dealership operations, including sales, service, and aftersales, with regular interaction with head office and senior leadership.

- Oversee day-to-day operations across the dealership
- Manage performance, engagement and staff development
- Ensure a high level of customer experience and aftersales delivery
- Collaborate closely with head office and senior stakeholders
- Experienced Dealer Principal, Sales Manager or senior dealership leader
- Background in automotive, RV, caravan or dealership environments
- Proven track record in sales leadership and team management
- Commercially astute with strong operational capability
- Engaging, approachable leader with the ability to mentor and develop teams
- Strong focus on customer experience and business performance
- Established Perth dealership with strong market presence
- Two-site operation (sales & service) with experienced team in place
- Supportive head office structure and leadership alignment
- Attractive remuneration package with OTE circa $300K
