The Role

You will oversee multi-site cleaning operations, manage client relationships, and lead frontline teams to deliver consistent service standards, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

The role involves daily travel across Greater Western Sydney and periodic travel to western NSW, so you’ll need to be organised, responsive, and comfortable working autonomously in the field.

Key responsibilities:

Manage client relationships and act as the key contact for service delivery and issue resolution
Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations across multiple sites, including quality checks, audits, and additional works
Lead, coach, and roster frontline teams to maintain service standards and performance
Monitor labour, supplier requirements, invoicing, and operational costs

Skills and Experience

You’ll be a strong fit if you have:

Experience in commercial cleaning, facilities services, or related multi-site operations
Experience in a supervisory, team leader, area manager, or operations-focused role
Strong client management, communication, and team leadership skills
Ability to manage rosters, service standards, and multiple priorities in a field-based environment

Requirements:

Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Willingness to travel daily across Greater Western Sydney
Working With Children Check and National Criminal History Check (no more than three months old)
