ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Person to join our team in Narangba. You will play a key role in ensuring Grove’s hire assets are safe, functional, and presented to a high standard for delivery to site. Working as part of a busy yard team, you will be involved in asset preparation in a timely manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out ongoing maintenance and repairs to hire fleet assets to exceptional standards

• Prepare buildings and equipment for transport and installation

• Identify faults and complete repairs, including retrofit works

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Complete condition reports for incoming and outgoing assets

• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient yard

• Support safe work practices and contribute to a strong safety culture

• Assist with general yard duties and asset handling as required

ABOUT YOU

• Strong handyman or trade assistant background

• Experience using hand and power tools

• Ability to identify issues and take ownership of repairs

• Forklift licence (essential)

• Current driver’s licence (essential)

• White Card (essential)

• Strong work ethic with a proactive, can-do attitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

• Takes pride in delivering high-quality, well-presented assets
