Synergie is seeking a FIFO Plumber for a mining site starting 1st of July 2026

Join our client – a trusted provider of critical infrastructure and maintenance services to remote mining villages across South Australia. Focused on safety, service, and operational reliability, they keep mine site camps functioning efficiently and comfortably.

Due to continued growth, we’re seeking a qualified Plumber to join the team on a Fly-In-Fly-Out (FIFO) basis from Adelaide Airport.

One swing job opportunity with possibility for more future swings.

Pay rate is $65 per hour.

 

About the Role:

Working in remote village environments, you’ll play a key part in the upkeep and performance of essential water, sanitation, and plumbing systems. Your duties may include:

• Inspect, repair, and maintain water, sewerage, and drainage systems
• Troubleshoot faults and complete emergency plumbing repairs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building standards
• Install and upgrade plumbing fixtures and pipelines
• Support major maintenance programs and infrastructure projects
• Maintain accurate records of works completed
• Assist with utilities or facility maintenance as required
• Work collaboratively with other trades and departments
• Ensure minimal downtime for village operations through proactive servicing
• Must be available for first swing 1st of July

What You’ll Need:

• SA Plumbing Trade Qualification & current plumbing licence
• Experience in maintenance plumbing – remote or commercial sites a plus
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and obtain police clearance
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety
• Willingness to work a FIFO roster from Adelaide and live in a remote camp
