Boilermaker – Heavy Equipment Repairs & Fabrication

I am currently seeking an experienced Boilermaker on behalf of my client, a well-established civil construction company with a strong reputation for delivering quality projects and maintaining a modern fleet of heavy equipment.

This role is suited to a trade-qualified Boilermaker with proven experience in heavy equipment structural repairs, fabrication, welding, and wear management.

Key Skills & Experience Required

• FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding)

• MIG/GMAW

• Stick/SMAW

• TIG/GTAW (desirable)

• Heavy fabrication and structural repairs

• Bucket rebuilds and wear package installation

• Oxy cutting, plasma cutting, and air arc gouging

• Crack detection, gouging, and structural weld repairs

• Experience working on excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, dump trucks, and other heavy mobile equipment

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and weld symbols

• Experience with Bisalloy, Hardox, and QT steels

To Be Successful

• Trade Qualified Boilermaker / Metal Fabricator

• Demonstrated experience in heavy equipment repairs and fabrication

• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship

• Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment

• Current Driver's Licence
