Are you a fully qualified Marine, Automotive or Small Engine Mechanic who takes pride in quality workmanship and doing things the right way?

We will be happy for the right person to come over from automotive or small engines and upskill into Marine outboard engines. With two locations and a great environment we would love to help you widen your skills and experience.

A & M Marine is a family-owned business based at Port Bouvard Marina, Wannanup, just south of Mandurah. After 16 years of steady growth, we're entering an exciting new phase—expanding to a second location and operating two local Suzuki Outboard dealerships servicing Mandurah & Peel and now Port Kennedy and Rockingham.

What started as a small mobile marine business has grown into a respected and trusted Suzuki Marine dealership. We're known in the industry for:

About the Role

This is an opportunity to become part of a growing, well-established marine business with long-term prospects. You'll work across a range of marine petrol engines and play a key role in the team.

Duties Include:

• Work independently with confidence and professionalism

• Deliver consistent, high-quality service across all makes and models of marine petrol engines

• Accurately diagnose and repair running issues

• Clearly communicate findings and solutions to customers

• Contribute positively as a team player to help A & M Marine continue to grow and lead the market

• Maintain a safe, drug- and alcohol-free workplace for yourself and the team

Do you have the following?:

• Qualifications and experience as a Mechanical Technician, from a Marine, Automotive or Small Engine work background

• Trade Certificate III qualification is required for this position

• Minimum 3-5 years of mechanical experience

• Manual driver's licence

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

• Valid forklift ticket (preferred)

• Be able to attend and pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing upon request
