Boilermaker

We are currently seeking experienced Boilermakers/Welders for a range of Temp-to-Perm opportunities with leading engineering and manufacturing companies located throughout Acacia Ridge, Rocklea, Richlands, Cooper Plains, and surrounding areas.

As a Fabricator/Welder, you will utilise your MIG and TIG welding skills to manufacture and assemble high-quality metal components and structures while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metals and material thicknesses

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications

• Prepare, fabricate, and assemble metal components

• Operate and maintain welding equipment safely and efficiently

• Work closely with production teams to meet project deadlines

• Inspect completed work and rectify defects where required

• Adhere to workplace health and safety procedures and quality standards

About You

• Proven experience as a Boilermaker, Fabricator, or Welder

• Strong MIG and TIG welding skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment

• Relevant welding qualifications or trade certification

• Previous supervisory experience will be highly regarded
