Pollard Building Group are seeking a motivated, hard working and reliable 1st, 2nd or 3rd Year Carpenter Apprentice to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of residential construction projects while working alongside experienced tradespeople.

About the Role

You will be involved in all aspects of residential carpentry, including:

  • Framing

  • Lock-up

  • Fixing and fit-off

  • Custom home builds

  • Extensions and renovations

  • Decks

  • Pergolas and outdoor living areas

  • General site duties and carpentry support

What We’re Looking For

  • Current 1st, 2nd or 3rd Year Carpentry Apprentice

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Attention to detail and pride in workmanship

  • White Card (essential)

  • Driver’s licence and reliable transport preferred
