About the role

Perth Fencing and Landscapes is seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscaper to join our team in Perth, WA 6000. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work outdoors, creating beautiful and functional outdoor spaces for our valued clients. As a Landscaper, you will play a crucial role in transforming residential and commercial properties into stunning landscapes that enhance both aesthetics and usability. This position is based on-site in Perth, where you will work directly with clients and our design team to bring landscaping visions to life.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and excavate garden beds, lawns and landscaped areas according to design specifications

• Plant trees, shrubs, flowers and other vegetation whilst ensuring proper spacing and care

• Install landscape features including pathways, edging, mulch, gravel, lawn and reticulation systems

• Maintain and service landscaping equipment to ensure optimal working condition

• Work collaboratively with the landscaping team and fencing specialists to create cohesive outdoor environments

• Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress, timelines and any design adjustments

• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and site protocols

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working as a Landscaper or in a similar landscaping role

• Minimum of 2+ years of landscaping experience required

• Comprehensive knowledge of reticulation systems

• Proficiency in using landscaping tools and equipment, including powered machinery

• Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality finishes

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability on-site

• Reliable, punctual and professional work ethic

• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to client sites within the Perth area based North
