Cabinet Maker / Installer

AS & N Cabinets is looking for multiple staff for our expanding business in our new premises.  

We require the following:

1 - suitably qualified and skilled installer;

2 - suitably skilled cabinet maker;

3 - Delivery / truck driver / Laborer.

Primarily we seek an appropriately skilled and capable Cabinet Maker for both onsite installation work and factory based assembly work - Laboring roles are available. Ability to read plans, capability and desire to work are required.

Ideally the truck driver / delivery driver would have experience in the removalist industry or similar.  On the job training is provided.  Tasks include loading and unloading of trucks and various factory duties as required. A current Victorian drivers license and construction card are required.  

All positions will be based out of our manufacturing facility in Melton Victoria. Work is primarily in the western / northern suburbs. 

All are full time full-time positions with overtime.  Would suit candidates with experience in the cabinet making industry who wants to grow with an established team.  

A highly motivated and experienced apprentices would be considered. 

Ideal Requirements:

• Proven ability 

• Ability to interpret drawings and plans

• Knowledge in the assembly of joinery items

• Friendly attitude and a can do team player

• Attention to detail

• Reliability a must 

• Laminating experience highly regarded but not essential

• Current drivers’ license (for onsite work)

• OH&S white card

• Ability and Willingness to work
