Automotive Sales Advisor/ Store Manager

An exciting opportunity for a Store Sales Manager has just become available at Rapid Tune. Rapid Tune is on a growth journey and we are opening new stores within the Brisbane surrounding areas .We are looking for a vibrant and energetic person who is comfortable working in our fast-paced modern, state of the art retail Automotive Service Centre.

Enjoy being the face of the business whilst leading a team of enthusiastic, capable, and motivated technicians. This position may even be suitable for a mechanic looking to move away from the tools and advance their career skyward.

Key facets of the role include

• Communicating with customers about repairs required on their vehicle

• Liaising with the mechanics about further required repairs

• Selling that additional work to the customer

• Taking payments and managing the diary

Personal Attributes

• Mechanical experience is an advantage but not necessary

• Must be an Australian citizen

• Excellent communication skills

• Customer-friendly focus

• Strong organisational skills

• Current Drivers License

Key Responsibilities & Capabilities to Include:

• Strong sales capability and proven techniques to convert quotes into approvals
• Ability to drive workshop performance through proactive customer engagement
• KPI focus including:
– Cost of Goods (COGS) control
– Customer retention and customer growth
– Month-on-month sales increases
• Timely and proactive sourcing of parts, balancing price, quality, and repair urgency
• Confidence explaining repair recommendations and the value behind them
• High-level communication and customer relationship strengths
• Ability to identify and act on customer and sales growth opportunities
• Self-motivated with internal drive to push performance independently
• Management of reception, bookings, invoicing, and customer follow-ups
• Supports fleet account processes and efficient workflow

Work Hours:
• Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturdays 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
