Furniture/Joinery Installer

PHaT Sourcing is an Australian-based hospitality fit-out and furniture procurement company delivering premium commercial interiors across hospitality, gaming, hotels, retail and commercial spaces. 

We specialise in high-end custom joinery, bespoke furniture and large-scale fit-out projects, working with some of the industry’s leading venues and operators. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, we are looking for an experienced full-time Furniture/ Joinery Installer to join our team. 

About the Role 

This hands-on role involves the installation of premium loose furniture, custom joinery and fit-out components across a range of hospitality and commercial projects. You’ll work closely with our project and operations teams to ensure every installation is completed to the highest standard. 

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Installing high-end custom joinery and furniture 

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans 

• Ensuring installations are completed accurately and efficiently 

• Problem-solving on-site and working independently when required 

• Maintaining exceptional attention to detail and finish quality 

• Working collaboratively with project managers, installers and clients 

What We’re Looking For 

• Proven experience in high-end joinery, cabinet making or furniture installation 

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship 

• Ability to read and interpret technical plans and drawings preferred but not essential

• Strong problem-solving skills 

• Ability to work independently and manage installations on-site 

• Reliable, professional and well-presented 

• White Card preferred 

• Driver’s licence preferred
