Job Summary
PSS Ag is seeking a hands-on and motivated Field Service Technician to support the installation, servicing, and maintenance of advanced agricultural technology across Southern NSW. This is a field-based role working directly with growers, where no two days are the same.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and troubleshooting agricultural technology systems used by growers across the region. You will work both independently in the field and as part of a supportive team, ensuring customers receive reliable service and technical support.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and wants to build a career in the agricultural technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
Install, service, and maintain agricultural technology equipment in the field
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-site customer support
Work directly with growers to ensure systems are operating effectively
Complete service documentation and reporting accurately
Represent PSS Ag in a professional manner on customer sites
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
Participate in ongoing training and product development activities
About You
You are a practical, hands-on problem solver who enjoys working with technology and people. You take pride in your work and are comfortable working independently in a field-based environment.
You will bring:
