What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting customers with finance and insurance solutions tailored to their circumstances
• Managing finance applications from enquiry through to settlement
• Presenting vehicle protection products and insurance options
• Building strong relationships with customers, lenders and dealership staff
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the ownership journey
• Achieving individual and team performance targets

You'll Be Successful If You Have

• Experience in sales, banking, lending or a customer-focused environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence presenting solutions and overcoming objections
• A professional, organised and self-motivated approach
• A desire to learn, grow and build a long-term career
• A passion for helping customers make informed decisions

Automotive experience is welcome but not essential. We can teach the industry; we're looking for the right attitude, drive and customer focus.

This is a full-time position working a flexible five-day roster, including most Saturdays.
