Automotive Store Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

Lead from the front, support your team, and keep operations running smoothly.

• Oversee day-to-day workshop operations with hands-on leadership

• Drive performance and ensure KPIs and sales targets are met

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and suppliers

• Monitor and report on KPI performance

• Promote key brands and products using your industry knowledge

• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and site presentation

ABOUT YOU

You’re a motivated automotive professional who knows how to lead a team and deliver great customer experiences.

• Hands-on, driven, and mechanically minded

• Strong communicator and team leader focused on customer service

• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing an automotive service centre or similar

• Proven automotive sales experience

• Trade qualification desirable but not essential

• Current QLD Driver’s Licence

• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
