Due to continued growth, Lawrence RV is expanding our used vehicle operation and is seeking high-performing Used Caravan & Motorhome Sales Specialists to join our Burpengary dealership. This is not a small expansion!! We are executing a major growth strategy aimed at becoming the largest used caravan dealer in Queensland.

This is a used-only role focused on buying, consigning, and selling quality used caravans and motorhomes. This is a hands-on, performance-driven position suited to motivated sales professionals who thrive on creating opportunities and closing deals.

About the Role

Buy, consign, and sell used caravans and motorhomes
Manage all inbound buying, consignment, and used sales enquiries
Build and maintain strong relationships with consignors and customers
Analyse the market to price stock accurately and maximise returns
Photograph vehicles, write listings, and manage online advertising
Manage leads, negotiations, and follow-ups through to delivery
Maintain used stock presentation and assist with basic yard housekeeping

About You

Proven sales success in automotive, caravans, boats, machinery or similar
A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Commercially minded with confident negotiation and closing ability
Highly self-motivated and comfortable working without micromanagement
Clear, confident communicator across phone, in-person and written channels
Organised, reliable, and accountable for results
Tech-savvy with CRM systems and online listings
Unrestricted driver’s licence and professional presentation
Current QLD Motor Salesperson License (Desirable)
