Receptionist/Salon Coordinator

• Luke Reynolds Hairdressing is a very well established, award winning, boutique salon located in New Farm, operating for over 20yrs

• We have recently opened a brand new Salon space with elegant Italian furniture, state of the art basins, and offering luxury products and services in a highly desirable area with plenty of foot traffic

• A position with Luke Reynolds Hairdressing will allow you to work alongside some of the industry's best, and be an intergral part of a high functioniong team.

Some of your daily duties include but are not limited to 

• Greeting Clients and visitors on arrival 

• Answering calls and managing client appointments 

• Processing Sales and cash handling 

• Marketing and Administration support as required 

• Rostering 

• Creating social media content with the staff

• Maintaining a high standard of personal presentation 

• Maintaining a friendly and presentable environment

• Monthly Stock Management, conducting stock take and ordering 

• Delegate tasks to the Junior Team

• Report to the Salon Manager

• Start date for this position is the 14th of July, with the option to do a training induction prior to the start date of the 14th to help with the transition.
