About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to lead site operations in Port Hedland on a casual, FIFO 8:6 roster. This role is ideal for someone who leads from the front, sets high standards and isn’t afraid to get stuck in alongside their team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and performing daily cleaning across camp and site facilities

• Leading, training and holding a team accountable to high standards

• Managing schedules, stock and equipment

• Ensuring strict safety, hygiene and compliance standards are met

• Building strong working relationships with clients and site stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in cleaning operations and team leadership

• Schedule 26 Supervisor certification (essential)

• Strong knowledge of cleaning practices, chemicals and safety requirements

• Ability to work in Pilbara conditions and maintain high standards

• Current driver’s licence and White Card

• Reliability, attention to detail and a no-compromise approach to quality
