About the Role
We’re seeking a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to lead site operations in Port Hedland on a casual, FIFO 8:6 roster. This role is ideal for someone who leads from the front, sets high standards and isn’t afraid to get stuck in alongside their team.
Key responsibilities include:
Supervising and performing daily cleaning across camp and site facilities
Leading, training and holding a team accountable to high standards
Managing schedules, stock and equipment
Ensuring strict safety, hygiene and compliance standards are met
Building strong working relationships with clients and site stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in cleaning operations and team leadership
Schedule 26 Supervisor certification (essential)
Strong knowledge of cleaning practices, chemicals and safety requirements
Ability to work in Pilbara conditions and maintain high standards
Current driver’s licence and White Card
Reliability, attention to detail and a no-compromise approach to quality
