Workfast are currently looking for multiple Road workers in the Townsville area, commencing immediately. This is an ongoing position with the potential go permanent after probation period.

Any worker with experience in asphalt will be highly regarded.

This role will see you operating a roller, pavement rehabilitation, asphalt resurfacing and more. You will also be required to do general labouring where needed.

The Requirements:

Previous experience in asphalting/road works
Construction Induction Card (White Card)
Hold a Roller ticket
Hold a Skid Steer ticket
HR Licence (ideally)
Strong safety focus and ability to operate within WHS&E policies
Strong organisational and team working skills
An ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Disciplined attention to detail and accuracy
Hardworking, honest & reliable character with a positive attitude
