As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and licensed plumber to join our team in a unique role combining showroom sales, customer service and installation work.

About the Role

This role combines bathroom showroom sales with hands-on installation work.

You will assist customers in selecting bathroom products, provide technical advice, prepare quotations and sales orders, and carry out installations and warranty-related work when required.

This is an excellent opportunity for a plumber who enjoys both customer interaction and practical installation work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with selecting bathroom and plumbing products

• Provide technical advice and product recommendations

• Prepare quotations and sales orders

• Follow up customer enquiries and quotations

• Conduct site visits when required

• Install and replace bathroom products including:

  • Tapware

  • Showers

  • Toilets

  • Basins

  • Vanities

  • Bathroom accessories

• Carry out warranty and after-sales service work

• Liaise with builders, plumbers, designers and homeowners

• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer service

• Support daily showroom operations

Essential Requirements

• Current WA Plumbing Tradesperson Licence

• Minimum 3 years plumbing industry experience

• Experience installing bathroom fixtures and fittings

• Strong knowledge of bathroom and plumbing products

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently

• Current Australian Driver's Licence

• Professional presentation and positive attitude

• Full Australian working rights

Highly Regarded

• Previous bathroom showroom experience

• Experience with premium bathroom brands

• Experience with Reece, Tradelink, Samios, Plumbing Plus or similar suppliers

• Experience preparing quotations and specifications

• Existing relationships within the building and plumbing industry
