Residential/Construction Plumber Tradesman/ 3rd-4th year or tradesman

About the role

Nexgen Plumbing pty ltd is seeking a full-time Tradesman or an Apprentice in their 3rd/4th or tradesman plumber a year to join our team in Peakhurst, NSW. As a valued member of our Trades & Services team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality plumbing services to our residential and commercial clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Undertake a range of plumbing tasks including ground works (in ground drainage), roughin (water supply), stacks (aerial drainage) and fit-off installation of pc items,

2. Must be able to to work in a team and independently and coordinate between Builders

3. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, in compliance with relevant codes and regulations

4. Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment

5. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

What we're looking for

1. Formal qualifications in plumbing (for Tradesman) or currently undertaking a plumbing apprenticeship (for Apprentice)

2. Demonstrated experience in a similar plumbing role, or a keen interest and aptitude for the trade (for Apprentice)

3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues

4. Excellent communication and customer service skills

5. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

6. A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation write candidate will be driving work vehicle

7. Australian citizenship is required for this position
