Registered Plumbers - $3000 Start Bonus

High End Plumbing Services is a Bayside-based plumbing company specialising in high-end residential construction. We’re looking for a qualified plumber to join our team full-time.

We work on architecturally designed homes and complex residential projects across Melbourne’s Bayside and inner south-east suburbs. This role suits someone who’s confident in their trade, easy to work with in a small team environment, and takes pride in doing things properly.

We’re offering a $3,000 start bonus to successful applicants.

About the Role

You’ll be working on premium new builds and renovations, covering all aspects of residential construction plumbing, including below-ground drainage, rough-in, fit-off and final commissioning.

You’ll enjoy this role if you:

• Communicate well and keep things respectful on site

• Can run your own work but also back the team when needed

• Care about workmanship, presentation, and how a site is left

• Bring a good attitude and positive energy to the job

What We’re Looking For

• Current plumbing registration

• Preferably 3+ years post-registration experience (not essential)

• Residential construction plumbing experience

• Driver’s licence

• Reliable, switched-on, and good to have on site
