Electricians – Major Switchroom Testing Project | Melbourne Metro | Immediate Start

GWT Trading Pty Ltd is seeking experienced electricians for an immediate start on a large-scale switchroom testing and commissioning project based in Melbourne Metro. On-the-job training provided.

The Project

You'll be working on a significant infrastructure project supporting Level 1 and Level 2 dead testing, point-to-point testing, labelling, and associated switchroom commissioning activities. Full training on project-specific methodology is provided β€” if you're a competent sparky with commercial or industrial experience, we'll get you up to speed fast.

The Details

- 3-month project engagement

- 10-hour days, 6 days per week

- Immediate start

- Interstate and New Zealand candidates welcome

- Travel and accommodation considered for the right candidates

What We're Looking For

- Current Australian electrical licence (or NZ equivalent)

- Commercial or industrial electrical experience

- Exposure to switchboards, switchrooms, or testing environments an advantage β€” not essential

- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to commit to the full 3-month term

- Available to start immediately
